Finishing blow (5 added levels i think not 100%) - chance to instant kill running npc's belive its up to 73 with this now
Punishing blade (3 added levels) - increases the chance to score an extra hit with two handed wepons
I think ingenuity and weapon affinity got upgraded but im not 100% on that just yet.

Battle leap (1 new level) - leap into the air granting a short time of over haste
Blinding fury (3 new levels) - chance to go blind and give added haste
Blood pact (3 new levels ) - adds a dd proc that damages the enemy and your self
Cascading rage ( 5 more levels) - adds a proc that has a chance to chain proc to be more powerful each time increasing the effectivness at the cost of damage over time my guess is 5 more levels means 5 more procs to the end of the set rather then procing 5 times then ending but this is just a hunch
Hold the line (one more level) when turned on adds 10% to all heals on you but reduces your offencive attacks by 25%
Precise blow (new aa 3 levels) - 15 min reuse, increases your critical hit rate when in use
Reckless abandon (new aa 3 levels) - 30 min reuse, enter a heightened state of combat at the risk of suffering terriable wounds when the burst of fury has run its course
Savage assault (3 new levels) - increases the chance to flurry upon a triple
Savage spirit (3 new levels) - for a short time it allows all melee crits to land for massive damage
Uncanny reilience (3 new levels) - gives a short term buff that cuts down on incoming damage taken
